The only college course I ever took, that might be considered a "gimme" was the History of Rock Music. I actually received one of the poorest grades of my college career in that class because I didn't take it seriously. Have you ever taken a "gimme" of a college course?

Martie McGuire & Emily Robison are getting ready to release new music, not as the Dixie Chicks, but as a duo; The Court Yard Hounds. The “official” word is that the Dixie Chicks are not breaking up. However, this has the feel of a way to test the country audience's response to the sisters' music without Natalie. Her controversial remarks about the president reduced their radio airplay to almost none in 2003. If the Court Yard Hounds are successful, I think the Dixie Chicks will be “officially” done.
The new, edgier music from the Court Yard Hounds on their website. What do you think? Are you interested in hearing music from Martie and Emily on KRVN?
