Ow-l! Bird Smashes into Window, Leaves Perfect Imprint on Glass

An owl flying around Cumbria, England was unable to dodge a window in his flight path, and after smashing into the glass, left a perfect imprint for the homeowner to come home to. BBC.co.uk reports that Sally Arnold found the imprint -- complete with feathers, eyes, and beak -- which was left by “powder down” on the birds feathers, according to experts. After spotting the image, Arnold searched around the property to see if the owl was lying around, but it was nowhere to be seen.

Lady A behind the scenes at American Idol!

LADY ANTEBELLUM takes you behind the scenes of their American Idol appearance in their latest LadyAntebellum.com webisode. They premiered their new song "Just a Kiss" on the show last week and also met judge STEVEN TYLER. It turns out he's a big fan of the song and even suggested some AEROSMITH numbers for Lady A to cover. "Just a Kiss" is now available for download online.  See Webisode here!

Blake and Miranda Hit the Lake on Their Honeymoon

Looks like MIRANDA LAMBERT and BLAKE SHELTON are out on the water for their honeymoon. Miranda tweeted a picture of herself holding a fish she'd caught with the caption: "Honeymoon bliss." Look for more details on Blake and Miranda's Texas wedding in a big spread in Us magazine hitting stands later this week.

Stafford Thompson was born and raised in Kearney and Johnson Lake, and is very familiar with the area. He graduated from Brown Institute of Broadcasting in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1983. Having met the beautiful, talented, lovely, intelligent, effervescent and brimming-with-life Jeanie, Stafford married her and hauled her off to his first radio job in Alliance, Nebraska. After a couple years, it was off to Salina, Kansas, where they lived for about 15 years, raising their three children Bryan, Logan and Mariah. Staff and the family moved back to Johnson Lake in 1998 and have every intention of staying forever. Full-circle. Back home. Stafford is proud to be your captain. All Aboard!
